While taxiing out for departure to Puerto Rico, one aircraft collided with the other at Sebastian, FL (X26). Both aircraft sustained significant damage, and are expected to remain out of service for the immediate future. Two DHC-6 maintenance/repair organizations will inspect the aircraft shortly with a view to repairing both by the summer season.

N30EA has been with Skydive Chicago since May-1998, while N70EA arrived in 2013 following a complete rebuild by National Aerotech in Hampton, GA. It is expected that National Aerotech are one of the two MRO's that may undertake the repairs.
